Perilaku Asam Amino dalam Air

Should break amino acid down

What are the forces on side chains
(or residues) of amino acids when
they are in water?
When amino acids are joined together
in proteins, only their side chains (also
called radicals or residues) are left
free to interact with each other and
molecules of their surrounding
medium (water or lipids). These side
chains, therefore, have a strong
influence on how the protein behaves
in water.

Zwitterionic Nature of Amino Acids

Amino Acid: A Building Block of Protein

Human body, animal, growing plant and many organism are composed by protein.  Protein is a very important molecules which consisting a biological structure of organism which abundant in muscle, blood cells, bones and biological membranes.

When hydrolysis of protein is carried out in ribosom, protein yield some twenty different types of nitrogen compounds called amino acids. These amino acid consist the building blocks of proteins which are essentially organic compounds such us alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, proline, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, glycine, serine, threonine, cysteine, tyrosine, glutamine, asparagine, lysine, arginine, histidine, aspartic acid, and glutamic.

Leucine : the simplest structure of amino acid :)

Such leucine, one of the simplest of amino acid structure (as you can see above). I already know that Leucine is the most important amino acid for muscle building :). From now on, I'd like to give you guys some explanation related to Leucine. Kind of something that make me have to go to :D.

20 amino acids--> protein-->living organism
OK, see that amino acids are biological molecules that building the protein and proteins are building biological system, living organism and covering life of the universe.  Thanks God for giving us to many things to learn and still....be grateful for can be living. .
