Ayam Kuluyuk, is kind of oriental food from my lovely beloved country. Ayam means chicken, and “kuluyuk”,,oow, I actually didn’t know the meaning what. “maybe because the chicken has made a voice kukuruyuk, then someone who couldn’t speak very well do as “kuluyuk-kuluyuk”..hehehe,,,just kidding, I swear I don’t know, so please check it out by googling *peace*. We are foreign in this country but we love Indonesian recipe yet. Because we slave for Indonesian tastes. So in the 10 morning Osaka time table we became a team, yeaahhhh here We are (so many “we are”). Supervised by Bro Ferensa.

Treating “ayam”
slice the chicken, then submerged with salt, paper, eggs, “minyak wijen” and garlic, about 30 minutes.
ok, and for the sauce :
slices pineapples, paprika, Bombay union, tomato with calm,,oow and also chili (bit more)
So,,,cooked both of ayam and sauce materials,
Ayam : make these as crispy as can be (like fried crispy chicken)
wheat powder, tapioca, bedraggled chicken with these, much more oil, and just ready for pan fried, do not get to be bored
Sauce : Just mix all of sauce material above (don’t forget to add up salt and sugar), then we got these
stir well
and,,,
yeeeee,,,finally we are ready for mess together..
And how about the taste, wow…this is such a kind of bold feeling, “nendang banget”, hot, sweet, spicy and ….I said…just try it out.
