Mindfulness

Aftere so much suffering, finally I found about mindfulness. A simple word but greatest
Mindfulness in general means to be fully aware of what you are doing, while you are doing it. This means, for example, that while eating breakfast you would be “mindful” only of the various sensory experiences of eating the food with overwhelming feeling that God has been giving us.  Focus mind, hearts, grateful, the feeling of hope, awake and never stop to realize that every single thing is a “reward” from God.
